The Soldier On The Grave:
First of all it is so nice to see Emily again after a while.
I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the beginning of this episode about the impact of the Iraq war. However it did ease into my viewing of it as it progressed.
Love Bones' John Wayne impersonation. |

| Found out from Keith Topping at Gallifrey that a Who guest star has appeared in season 2 of Bones. Let you know when the episodes comes on 7. |

The Woman In Limbo:
Finally we get to see the final episode of the first season.
This was definitely worth the wait and what a shock to find out that Bones' father is still alive. |

The Titan On The Tracks:
The beginning of season 2 and surprised that Goodman is gone and the new boss is not so bad.
Very moving moment of Bones being at her mother's grave.
Pretty good start to the season.
The next episode on March 8 is TV WEEK's Pick of the Day. |

The Mother and Child in the Bay:
So funny seeing the team stabbing that dummy.
It took me until the end of the episode to realise why Jessica Capshaw (Rebecca) was familiar - she was a regular in The Practice. Also she Kate Capshaw's daughter. |

The Boy In The Shroud:
Almost had a tear in my eye when that boy was taken away which was complemented perfectly by the sad song that was played. |

The Blonde In The Game:
I really feel sorry for Caroline Epps for being married to Howard Epps.
Wow impressive when Bones shot Gil Lappin.
With the case over, Booth remarked to Epps that he (Booth) and Bones are not going to see Epps again but is this really the last we are going to see of him?
There is a double episode next week on March 29 and comes third place in TV WEEK's highlights of the day. |

| Read in the tv guide that Stephen Fry is a guest in Parkinson this coming Saturday August 25 at 10:20pm on the ABC. He will be talking about his guest appearances in Bones. Unfortunately his Bones episodes have yet to be shown on 7. |

The Girl With The Curl:
Yep another familiar Buffy face to appear on Bones in the form of Kali Rocha. Another interesting curio with the casting in this episode is that Lisa Thornhill (Kristen Mitchell) and Kyle Gallner (Jeremy Farrell) had both been in Veronica Mars. Talk about a small, small world.
Amusing when the dance instructor described Jeremy Farrell as wearing black and always moping around. That should sound familiar to David Boreanaz.
It has been almost eight and a half months since the series was last shownon 7 and it is really good to see the gang again after all this time. |

The Woman in the Sand:
Directed by Australian Kate Woods in this a very good take on Fight Club.
Guest star John Marshall Jones (Joe Noland) was a regular in the short lived series John Doe and coincidentally I saw his John Doe co-star William Forsythe last week in the Shark episode In The Grasp. Another of their co-star John Doe himself Dominic Purcell incidentally is star of Prison Break.
Wow what a response Zack gave to Hodgins about being human. |

Aliens in a Spaceship:
What a beautifully done episode although I did not like Bones' analogy of the Gravedigger with God.
Good to see Salli Richardson-Whitfield (Kim Kurland) whom I am familiar with from the TV series Eureka. |

Judas on a Pole:
A very good episode written by series creator Hart Hanson and direction by David Duchovny.
Love that whole tapping shoulder business and really did not see the twist to the episode that was coming. |

The Man in the Cell:
What a superb episode.
I knew that Howard Epps would return but it would seem for the last time.
Shocking when Caroline Epps' head was found in the fridge.
Unfortunately my niece was in the room when that scene was on and it terrified her. |

The Girl In The Gator:
The first of three appearances by Stephen Fry as Dr Gordon Wyatt.
What a shock Booth shooting the ice cream van.
Sully refers to the lab at the Jeffersonian as Moonbase Alpha. Really didn't expect to hear a Space: 1999 reference on this show.
Also appearing is Alex Winter who was Bill in the Bill & Ted movies. Wonder if the show will be lucky enough to get an appearance from Keanu Reeves in future.
Also in a quite disturbing role is that of French Stewart.
Not bad with the plot of Bones having Sully as a temporary partner. |

The Man In the Mansion:
Second of Stephen Fry's appearances in the show.
Very good episode of Hodgins jeopardising an investigation.
Also a good guest stint from Meredith Munroe. |

Bodies In The Book:
Someone is copying details from Bones' book to commit murder. Coincidentally the Medium episode Killer Lady which I saw a week before also had a criminal using a book for inspiration for murder.
Quite disturbing moments this episode has. |
