Dungeons & Dragons:
We get to see Kyle Reese (albeit played by a different actor) in this episode. Figured he was going to turn up a few moments beforehand.
Nice intercutting with the flashback/forward depending on one's point of view.
Very very awkward moment when Charley and Cameron were alone together.

Pilot (aired version):
There are slight differences between this the broadcast version and the unaired version which became available on the net some months ago-
In the dream sequence John was in the library when Sarah picked him up; in the unaired version he was in class about to take a test.
A different actor plays Sarah's fiancee.

Garbage lead Shirley Manson joins the show as Catherine Weaver, the CEO of a cutting-edge high-tech company that maybe the pioneer in creating SkyNet:

I can't find anything official but this came from another forum:
"Fox have cancelled The Sarah Conner Chronicles. Apparently the ratings for both TSCC and Prison Break have been down and the network wanted to keep Prison Break. Exact words from the network were that in the key 18-39 demographic the ratings were in the toilet so its gone. Remaining episodes will be aired at sometime as they reshuffle programming to help get Prison Break better ratings."

It is a false alarm, the show has not been cancelled:

Sarah Connor Chronicles has been picked up for a full season, giving the second season a total of the standard 22 episodes:

TV Tonight has reported that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is one of the shows that Nine has sold to FOX8.

In 2009 Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will be shown right from the beginning with season 1 (which 9 had already screened) and then the first run season 2 episodes.

I have already seen the first episode of season 2 and it is a very good start to it.

Bastards. What the hell is the point of having multiple channels if you don't put the decent stuff on it?
