This week's The 4400 episode on Saturday April 14 4am on 10, The The Starzl Mutation features an appearance by Yee Jee Tso. Looking up at IMDb it looks like it is going to be a small role (as with other things I have seen him in except of course the Paul McGann TV movie) as it says that he plays Photographer.

As soon as I found out about his appearance in The 4400 in January my immediate thought was that Russell T Davies should give him something to do in the similarly themed Torchwood. After all, if Big Finish thought he was good enough to appear in their audios then surely it would be good if he makes a return appearance to televised Whoniverse.
